The learned Advocate for respondent No.5 submits that the grievance of the petitioner is limited i.e. to seek stay till the appeal No.21 of 2023 pending before the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad is disposed off.

The learned AGP also submits that the learned Additional Commissioner can be directed to dispose off the matter as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, this Court finds that this petition can be disposed off by continuing interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 18.04.2023 pending the appeal before the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, with a request to the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner to decide the appeal within a period of four weeks from today. Needless to say that all the points are kept open. 04.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
