We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant seeks leave to amend the writ petition and so also seeks retiral benefits.

Leave to amend the petition is granted. Even with regard to retiral benefits, the applicant / petitioner may claim the same in the writ petition itself by amending the writ petition. Leave to that extent is granted. The Civil application is accordingly disposed of. 3.
