ORDER:

Mr Lokhande, the learned Asst. Government Pleader for the respondents submits that, the post of Metran will have to be filled in after approval of the roster. The roster is sent for approval on 15.04.2017.

The authority to whom the roster has been sent shall take decision upon the same expeditiously, preferably within four months from today. The respondents shall communicate this order to the authority certifying the roster. Upon the roster being certified, the

2 Sr49 WP5330.2017 respondent agrees to take steps for filling in the post of Metran as per the approved roster within a period of three months thereafter. 3.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
