The petitioner is challenging the notice dated 22.11.2017. The said notice was issued pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner for disbursement of the amount. On 17.04.2018, Competent Authority has already passed an order thereby directing to deposit an amount of Rs. 73,79,690/- before the Civil Judge Senior Division. The said order is not a subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition, though the writ petition is filed subsequent to the said order.

As the order is already passed and the said order is not a subject matter of challenge, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

The petitioner may take further steps as may be permissible in law in respect of the order dated 17.04.2018. All contentions are kept open.
