By this civil application, the applicant prays for condonation of 23 days delay and for recalling the order of the learned Registrar dated 21/03/2016 refusing registration for non-removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and the delay is condoned. The applicant/petitioner shall remove all office objections on or before 13/01/2017 following which the writ petition be registered and be listed for admission on 18/01/2017. 3.

If the above order is not implemented, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar dated 21/03/2016 shall stand restored.
