Mr. Dawalkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is filed before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Faizpur against the order of the Tenancy Court in the year 2017 bearing Appeal No.32 of 2017 alongwith Stay Petition. The Stay Petition is not yet decided by the Sub-Divisional Officer. 2.

Considering the above, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Faizpur shall decide the said Petition filed by the petitioner expeditiously on its own merits after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within a period of three (03) months.
