The applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of delay of 90 days in fling appeal against the award dated 07/10/2019 in MACP No. 102 of 2018. The applicant company has also deposited the entire amount of compensation at the time of seeking stay to the impugned award.

As such, the aforesaid delay of 90 days stands condoned and the application is disposed of accordingly.
