Considering the grave urgency pertaining to the name of the Petitioner having been excluded from the electoral roll, this matter was granted circulation on the Production Board. 2.

Shri Sharma, the learned Advocate, has graciously taken instructions and submits before us that the application of the Petitioner, upon realizing that her name is missing from the electoral roll, has been received after the list was published on 23.01.2024. The said application was filled in on 20.04.2024 in

*2* 1nobwp4199o24 Form No.6 via online process. The form was with the Booth Level Officer and has been verified and approved. It has been forwarded to the registering Authority for final action of including the name of the Petitioner in the electoral roll. 3.

There is no dispute that the entire family of the Petitioner is presently on the rolls and for some reason, the name of the Petitioner went missing. We are informed that 26th April, 2024 would be the last date by which, the name will have to be included in the electoral roll.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off expecting the Authorities to ensure that the name of the Petitioner is included in the electoral roll, unless there is any legal impediment.
