The present civil applications are filed for amendment and production of documents, respectively. By way of amendment, the petitioner is seeking directions to implement the order dated 04.03.2014. 2.

Mr.Bajaj, learned counsel for non applicant No.5, Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for non applicant No.7 so also learned AGP oppose the application on the ground that cause of action is different. 3.

Writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the non applicants can controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit to the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Civil applications disposed of.
