We have heard Mr. Dixit, the learned senior advocate for petitioners, Mr. Sant, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 15 and Mr. Katneshwarkar, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 14.

It is submitted that, now the respondent No. 15/institution is allotted 100 students in two batches for one year. 3.

In view of that, the purpose of the writ petition stands fructified. Mr. Dixit, the learned senior advocate submits that, actually same should have been allotted for five years. The
