The petitioner seeks directions to the Respondent - Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide his application dated 17.04.2018, taking objection to the seniority list of the Assistant Teachers 3.

We direct the Respondent - Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide the aforesaid application, keeping in

view the service record of the petitioner and other teachers, and also the Government policies/relevant Government Resolutions/ statutory rules, if any, and shall take decision on the said application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.
