Mr.Tribhuwan, learned counsel submits that ad-interim stay granted by this Court is vacated as the applicants could not deposit the amount as directed by this Court. The applicants have made necessary arrangement for the amount and the cheque for the said amount is ready.

Considering the above, we allow the applicants to deposit the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 17.3.2016, within a period of one week from today. If the said amount is
deposited then ad-interim relief shall continue. The arguments of Mr.Hon, learned counsel that applicants/petitioners should be directed to deposit the entire amount would be considered at the relevant time.
