1] The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Peon is pending since the year 2015. We have heard learned AGP for respondent No.1.

2] In case the proposal of the petitioner (page 18) seeking approval to his appointment is pending with respondent No.1 (Education Ofcer) then the Education Ofcer shall decide the same in accordance with law and policy, on its own merit, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from today. 3] With the above direction, Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
