Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, the learned Wakf Tribunal has now allowed the application of the Pooja K.

924 CRA 59-2023 applicant for amendment and, therefore, the present Civil Revision Application can be withdrawn with liberty to move fresh application for injunction before the learned Wakf Tribunal.

Learned Counsel for respondent - Wakf Board consented for such withdrawal. Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 6, however claimed for appropriate cost for dragging the concerned respondents before this Court unnecessarily. However, the learned Counsel for the applicants is withdrawing this Revision Application in view of amendment allowed by the learned Wakf Tribunal vide order dated 10.05.2024.

Therefore, the present Civil Revision Application stands withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to the applicants for filing fresh application for injunction before the learned Wakf Tribunal. If such application is filed then the learned Wakf Tribunal shall consider the same as per the legal provisions and on merit.
