PER COURT:

1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appointment of the petitioner for the post of Peon is approved by the authority. Thereafter, the proposal is submitted for including the name of the petitioner in Post Confguration. The Education Ofcer has recommended the proposal and sent it to the Deputy Director of Education. The Deputy Director of Education has recommended it to the Director of Education on 18.06.2018. It appears that the management, after compliance of the defciencies, has re-submitted the proposal on 05.04.2019.

2] In case, the proposal for inclusion of the petitioner in Post Confguration is pending, the authorities shall take decision upon said proposal of the petitioner, on its own merits, in accordance with the policy, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from today.
