The learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Ganachari along with representative officer of the appellant Mr. Pramod Kudale, Sub Divisional Officer, Patoda, Dist. Beed are present today before Panel.

The learned A. G. P. on instructions seeks permission to withdraw first appeals in view of the Government Resolution No. Sankirna - 2014/Prak.Kra. 4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 03rd November, 2016 with Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution. 3.
Leave is granted. First appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

If the amount is already deposited in this Court, the same shall be transmitted to the Reference Court. The respondents/claimants are entitled to withdraw the same along
3 fa 1188.16 with accrued interest thereon. If the amount is not deposited or if there is deficit, the same shall be deposited before the Reference Court within a period of six months from today. Same shall be treated as an undertaking. On deposit of such amount, same shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants, with accrued interest.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
