We have heard Mr. Awate, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. The contentions raised in the present petition were in fact the subject matter of the earlier Writ Petition No. 9687 of 2015 which is disposed of by order of this court on 22/09/2016. 2.

Mr. Awate, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is

( 2 ) wp 5877.17 replaced by another ad-hoc employee. All these contentions were open at the time of disposal of the earlier writ petition. The learned counsel submits that as yet State has not taken any decision on the proposal submitted for the sanction of posts. In our order dated 22/09/2016 we have directed the State to take decision upon the proposal pending with it expeditiously and also allowed the petitioners to approach the State in that regard. The petitioners state that, they have approached the State, but no decision has been taken.

The State shall take decision on the proposal as directed by this Court under order dated 22/09/2016 in Writ Petition No. 9687 of 2015 expeditiously and preferably within 6 months from today. 4.
