Present Petition has been filed for following relief:- "(B) By writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent No.5, Universal Education Academy, Mumbai and respondent No.6, Nalanda Vidyalaya (Jr. College), Chalisgaon, Dist-Jalgaon may kindly be directed to pay the fixed Total salary / remuneration for the period 2002 to 2023 of Rs. 11,55,000/- to the petitioner with interest and for that purpose necessary directions may kindly be issued."

We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. It appears that the writ has been prayed against private persons

wp-4597.24 and therefore, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. In view of the said fact, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to exhaust other alternative remedies available.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for.
