We have heard Mr. Gaware, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Karlekar, the learned A.G.P. raises objection that alternate remedy is available before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In view of that, we are not inclined to exercise our jurisdiction. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open 3.
