We have heard Mr. Talhar, learned advocate for the petitioner, Mr. Girase, learned advocate for respondent No. 3, Mr. S.A. Sapkale, learned advocae for respondent No. 4 and also the learned AGP.

On 20th October, 2021 Mr. Girase, the learned counsel for the University on instruction made a statement that the enquiry is being conducted by the University against the College and not against the petitioner individually. Today also the learned counsel for the University reiterates the same. In view of that, the apprehension of the petitioner does not survive.

Mr. Talhar, learned counsel submits that the salary has

WP No.7650/21 now been released to the petitioner.

As statement has been made that the enquiry is not being conducted against the petitioner, but against the management, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
