At the very outset, my attention is drawn to the order dated 02 May 2025. The Applicant has been protected by the said order on certain terms and conditions, which are set out in paragraph 5 of the said order. The details with regard to the FIR, the incident and the alleged offences under the provisions/sections have been duly noted in the said order.

Today, Mr. Goyanka, learned APP, on instructions, would submit that the Applicant has complied with the conditions set out in the order of 02 May 2025 and he has attended the police station as required. Therefore, he has cooperated in the

investigation. This would indicate that the Applicant has joined the investigation. As far as prima facie case is concerned, the prosecution has placed nothing adverse on record against the Applicant pursuant to the order dated 02 May 2025. The Applicant has no criminal antecedents.

There is no further custodial interrogation of the Applicant warranted in the given factual complexion. Mr. Farooqui, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Goyanka, learned APP, would agree that the charge-sheet is also filed on 15 May 2025. 3.

In such facts and circumstances the order dated 02 May 2025 deserves to be confirmed. In my view, the following order would meet the ends of justice.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R. No. 124/2025 registered with Satara Police Station, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 64(2)(m), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) The Applicant shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as mobile number etc. to the concerned

police station. If there is any change in the contact details, the same shall be immediately intimated to the concerned police station.

(iii) The Applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court without prior permission/order of the Court, until further orders.

(iv) The Applicant shall not influence the witness/es and/or tamper evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(v) The Applicant shall attend before Investigating Officer of the Satara Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, if required.

Needless to state that the above observations are prima facie and for the purpose of adjudicating this Anticipatory Bail Application.

The ABA is Allowed and Disposed of in above terms.
