Learned counsel for the applicants states that when Writ Petition No. 4681/2022 was disposed of by this Court on 28th April, 2022, alongwith the writ petition this Civil application was pending, no order is passed in respect of the civil application by this Court. The learned counsel submits that he is affected by the order dated 28th April, 2022. He submits that the civil application be heard independently.

In view of the fact that the writ petition itself is disposed of, the civil application has become infructuous. If the applicants are aggrieved by the order dated 28th April, 2022, the applicants would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
