This is a petition for habeas corpus. The petitioner alleges that her daughter - Pooja Raju Bhise has been missing. 2.

Girl - Pooja Raju Bhise is brought before us pursuant to our directions yesterday. In order to take her in confidence, we have interacted with her in the chambers. She states that she has been voluntarily staying with her husband and in-laws at Akola. 3.

Admittedly, Pooja is major. Since she has been voluntarily residing with her husband, being major, she is free to go as per her wish.
