1) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has pointed out amended Rule 19 and submitted that period of one year is not expired since release of the petitioner on previous occasion. This fact is not disputed. The petitioner wants to attend a marriage. There may be exception but only in case of death of relative but not for marriage. No relief can be granted. The petition stands dismissed. Fees of learned counsel appointed is quantified at Rs.1500/- (rupees fifteen hundred only).
