This application is filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased appellant Bhagwan on record, who died on 26.01.2017. He is survived by respondent Nos. 1A to 1D. However, thereafter even Suman 1A also died. Thus, now the only heirs are applicant No.1B to 1D. 02.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the appeal as well as other applications by showing respondent Nos. 1B to 1D as heirs of deceased Bhagwan.
