We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition which suffers from delay and laches. The petitioner has applied for emergency parole leave for 45 days considering the outbreak of Covid pandemic in the year 2021 and his application came to be rejected on 04.02.2021. However, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition in the year 2022. Hence, the Criminal Writ Petition is hereby dismissed.
