Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 10 days caused in filing appeal against the order of acquittal dated 16.01.2023 passed by learned J.M.F.C., Osmanabad in SCC No.670 of 2016.

Perusal of application shows that due to personal difficulty applicant could not file application in time. Delay is only of 10 days.

Considering the reason mentioned in application for condonation of delay, delay deserves to be condoned. Hence following order:
