The Petitioner restricts his prayer to remove illegal encroachment on the 6 meter wide road in Survey No. 495 situated at Jalna.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, learned AGP and learned Advocate for the second respondent, we deem it appropriate to direct the second Respondent to remove the encroachment on 6 meter wide road in Survey No. 495, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from today. 3.
