Petitioner's proposal was directed to be decided by the respondent/Scrutiny Committee, for failure of which she is before us alleging contempt.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Scrutiny Committee would pass final order on the petitioner's proposal within a period of ten (10) days from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. 3.

We dispose of the contempt proceeding by directing the

2 cp 432.24 petitioner to appear before the respondent/Scrutiny Committee on 29.04.2024. The Scrutiny Committee shall thereafter dispose of the proposal finally within a period of two (02) weeks therefrom.
