The petitioner assails the transfer of the teachers working in Zilla Parishad, pursuant to the seniority list dated 28.5.2011. In fact, the transfers would be taking place every year as the challenge is with regard to the list of the year 2011 for effectuating transfers, now nothing would remain for determination.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. In case the petitioner has a fresh grievance with regard to the seniority list for the transfers prepared subsequently, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same
