Heard Ms. Sudha Kulthe, learned advocate appointed for petitioner and learned A.P.P. for State. Perused letter dated 7th May, 2015 from the Superintendent, Aurangabad Central Prison, wherein it is stated that petitioner had reported 62 days late after being released on parole.

It appears that appeal filed by present petitioner is not yet admitted and application seeking leave to file appeal is still pending before this Court.

In such circumstances application for interim bail stands

{2} cwp608-15 rejected, with liberty to the petitioner to move proper authority for appropriate relief in accordance with law. 4.
