Heard learned AGP who has moved this application seeking extension of time stipulated by this Court in the respondent's writ petition no. 8373 of 2021 by order dated 26-04-2022 whereby the scrutiny committee was directed to decide the original petitioner's claim within six months. This Court had simultaneously quashed and set aside the order by which the petitioner was placed under supernumerary post during pendency of the validation proceeding. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the time to decide the claim of the original petitioners is extended by three months. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
