Present application has been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 1167 days condoned in filing first appeal. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the claimants strongly objects to the application on the ground that the reasons given in the application are not sufficient and reasonable to condone the delay. 3.
