Both sides are heard on application filed for modification of the order. In view of the circumstance that interim relief was in existence during pendency of suit only and after the year 2007 no such relief was there, there is no possibility of modification of the order made by this Court on 4.4.2016. Application is disposed of.

Liberty is given to the learned counsel for applicant to file separate application for injunction. That will be heard on 13.6.2016.
