The petitioners who claim to be the trained graduate teachers are seeking promotion to the post of Kendra Pramukh in the central school. They have become apprehensive since they perceive that some juniors are being considered and their names are appearing in the provisional list prepared by the respondent/zilla parishad.

Issue notice. The learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent nos. 1 to 4. Mr. Ghute waives service for respondent nos.5 and 6. 3.

The learned advocate for the respondent nos.5 and 6 on instructions submits that a stipulated date i.e. 15.04.2025 was prescribed for the individuals to raise objections while publishing the provisional list. Some of the petitioners did not submit any such objection before the cut-off date. However, the list is to be finalized. Since it is a matter of promotion the

( 2 ) 950 wp 5257.25 respondent nos.5 and 6 would consider the individual petitioners' grievances on their own merits, in respect of the objections which some of the petitioners have already lodged and in respect of the others if they lodge it within three days, and the final list shall not be prepared without following the aforementioned course.

In the light of such candid stand being taken by the respondent nos.5 and 6, since it is merely a matter of promotion and preparation of a seniority list in accordance with the norms, when the final list is still to be published, we appreciate the stand being taken by respondent nos.5 and 6. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to those petitioners who have not submitted the objections to submit those objections on or before 25.04.2025. The respondent nos.5 and 6 shall thereafter consider the objections of the petitioners, on their own merits and shall consider similar objections of the petitioners who are still to file those objections on or before 25.04.2025 and shall not finalize the list of seniority leaving any such objection undecided.
