It is submitted that the appellant has good case on merits to succeed in appeal. In case execution of award is not stayed, there is every likelihood that the purpose of fling the appeal may be frustrated.

3] Considering the submissions made, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to deposit of the amount in this Court in terms of the award within six weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within the prescribed period, stay granted shall stand vacated unless the time is extended to deposit the amount.

4] Civil application be marked as disposed of in above terms.
