Death Certificate of deceased respondent No.1 shows his name as "Ramchandra Madhavrao Chintalwad". It is informed that, Madhavrao and Mahadu is one and the same person. Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 admits the same. Therefore, there is no need to change the middle name of respondent No.1 Ramchandra.
