This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Perused the impugned award. In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount be kept in any nationalised bank, pending the appeal.
