The petitioner is before us being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the in action of the respondent Education Officer in not deciding his representation as was directed by this Court in Writ Petition No.15131/2017 by the order dated 12.06.2018.

The present Education Officer Mr. Prashant Prakashrao Digraskar has filed an affidavit-in-reply inter alia mentioning about he having decided the petitioner's representation on 17.02.2023. Though there is some dispute of the date of decision, the learned advocate for the petitioner admits that report has been decided. Nothing survives. The contempt petition is disposed of.
