Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned A.G.P. submits that, after the proceedings were revived, the petitioner has not approached the authorities.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 1st February, 2023 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. Considering the fact that the petitioner has completed her internship, the Committee shall decide the proceedings 1/2

Depending upon the judgment that may be passed by the Committee, the further action may be taken by the respondents. 4.
