We have heard both the sides. Finding that the petitioner would have a remedy to resort to section 34 of the MIDC Act, 1961 (Act), we had dismissed the petition.

It appears that the petitioner having made an attempt to initiate a proceeding as contemplated under section 34 of the Act had submitted an application to the Collector who seems to have instead of making a reference to the competent authority, has made a reference to the civil court.

We cannot countenance the request of the petitioner to seek a review of our order dated 03.08.2022. The afore-mentioned facts and circumstances do not give rise to any cause for filing a review. The application is dismissed.
