Dated: July 17, 2015 PER COURT :- The petitioner is seeking modification in the order passed, by this Court, on 8.8.2014, permitting to withdraw 25% of the amount, out of the amount deposited by the respondent, in this Court, on furnishing solvent surety. He contends that, he is not in a position to furnish solvent surety and instead, he is ready to furnish bank guaranty. The condition imposed in the order, in respect of withdrawal of 25% amount, on furnishing solvent surety, stands modified and the petitioner shall be permitted to withdraw aforesaid sum of 25%, on furnishing bank guaranty of a nationalized or scheduled bank. The rest of the order passed by this Court shall remain as it is.

Application stands disposed of.
