2] Learned counsel for the petitioner and for respondent No.2 jointly submits that, the point raised in the petition is answered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No. 4869 of 2015 with other connected writ petitions.

3] For the same reasons, which are assigned in the said judgment, we pass the following order :- "[9] If the respondents intend to take any action against the petitioners, then, the respondents shall first issue show cause notice to each petitioner detailing the grounds on which the action is sought to be taken. Reasonable time shall be given to the
