These matters were considered by order dated 14th June, 2022 and, in order to avoid the issuance of an unpleasant order under the Contempt of Courts Act, we requested the learned Advocate Mr. V. B. Patil, who is on the panel of the Municipal Corporation, to assist the Court. He graciously consented and has received instructions from Mr. Ashok Karvande - respondent No. 3 herein to make a statement that the proceedings are completed and the matter is pending before the Municipal Commissioner for passing final orders which would be in tune with the directions of this Court set out in the judgment dated 15th December, 2020, delivered in Writ Petition No. 11475/2019 filed by Pravind Vasudev Khadke and others along with connected matters at Aurangabad.

Learned Advocate Mr. Patil requests the Court to place the communication dated 15th June, 2022, received by him from the Commissioner, Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation, on record. The same is marked 'X' for identification.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners rightly submits that these contempt petitions can be disposed off as the petitioners are not interested in penal action and that, the proposed order of the

- 4 - Commissioner should be in complete compliance of the directions of this Court set out in the judgment dated 15th December, 2020. 4.

In view of the above, these contempt petitions are disposed off. We expect the Commissioner to pass the final orders on or before 30th July, 2022.
