2] Upon hearing both sides, it appears that since the reply from the present petitioner was awaited, the status-quo order has been passed by learned Presiding Officer, Waqf Tribunal, Aurangabad.
2 15-cra61-15.odt 3] Considering the urgency, as is put before me by Mr.Hon, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, and finding that the next date in the matter is fixed by learned Presiding Officer on 3rd June, 2015, present Civil Revision Application is disposed of with following directions :- I] That the present petitioner may supply copy of the reply to learned counsel for the respondents Mr.Kazi on or before 11th May, 2015. Thereafter, the present petitioner to move the Wakf Tribunal for taking the matter for hearing on merit on 11th May, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
II] Mr.Kazi waives notice on behalf of the respondents, for appearance in the Tribunal on 11th May, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
3 15-cra61-15.odt III] In case, learned Presiding Officer is not available on 11th May, 2015, the matter may be moved on the immediate available date of the learned Presiding Officer. Learned Presiding Officer shall hear the parties and pass order within a period of one week thereafter.
IV] With these directions, present Civil Revision Application is disposed of without any order as to costs.
