The petitioner is the appellant before the first appellate Court in Regular Civil Appeal No. 143/2015. Her applications praying for a stay to the decree of dismissal of suit and a further prayer under Exhibit 18 to restrain the respondents from mutating their names in the revenue record, have been rejected.

I have heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. Learned advocate for the respondents submits that they have only 24 R land and rest of the land is acquired by the government. They do not have any intention to create any third party interest or alienate the suit property.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. 4.

The litigating sides would appear before the appellate Court on 07/02/2019 and shall canvass their oral submissions. They are at liberty to enter their written notes of arguments. The appellate Court would thereafter proceed to decide the said appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably on/or before 30/06/2019.

The original defendants who are admittedly in possession of the said property, shall preserve the same as noted above till 30/06/2019.
