This petition can be disposed of on a short count. The petitioner is seeking limited relief of directing respondent No.3 - District Collector, Nanded for deciding the claim of the petitioner for compensation on account of erection of high tension transmission line through his land, as per the Government Resolution dated 31 May 2017.

We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. 3.

The Government Resolution dated 31 May 2017 is pertaining to the enhancement of compensation to be granted in respect of the lands where electric transmission lines for 66 KV and

(2) 930 wp-2412.2021.odt above are erected. The initial Government Resolution appears to be dated 1 November 2010 and the claim of such compensation is to be looked into by a Committee presided over by the SubDivisional Officer (Para 3.1 of the Government Resolution dated 31 May 2017).

The petitioner has sent representation / claim on 21 January 2020. Respondent No.3 to place the representation / claim made by the petitioner before the appropriate Committee as above, for deciding the same within a period of three months from the receipt hereof.
