1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants could not remove office objections within stipulated period. Hence, the learned Registrar (Judicial) has passed the order and dismissed the appeal. 2] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The applicants shall remove office objections within two weeks from today.
