We have heard learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP. The learned AGP points out that in the judgment of the Industrial Court, the petitioner has not been granted permanency. 2.

In light of that, the petitioner would not be governed by the judgment of this Court delivered in Writ Petition No. 2946/1997 and other petitions. The petitioner as such will not be entitled for the relief claimed by him in the present Writ Petition.
