Learned Counsel Mr. Randive for the applicant submitted that during the pendency of the present application for regular bail, the Investigating Officer has filed charge sheet before the court of law. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the present application for bail. He submitted that liberty be granted to the applicant to file bail application afresh before the learned trial court in view of the subsequent filing of the charge sheet. Prayer is accepted.

Criminal application No. 2353 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn.
